Exception is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Recruitment and Resourcing team.
The role will involve working with the resourcing team on permanent and contract requirements, sourcing candidates and CVs, carrying out initial screening, formatting profiles and liaising with our account teams.
This is not a sales or target-driven role, although we do expect an ability to manage your workload in an efficient manner.
The role will also involve using internal and external databases, LinkedIn and social media to source candidates and to talent pipelines for future requirements.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience in an in-house recruitment role or as a Resourcer in an agency.
Experience of sourcing IT candidates is required, although applicants with a background of recruiting in other technical sectors, with an ability to learn quickly, can be considered.
