As part of the company's ambitious growth plans we’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing. Reporting directly to the MD your responsibilities will include:
Accountabilities:

Develop and manage the external communications strategy for the company

Produce annual marcomms strategy and implementation plan
-
Support development of all Exception marketing copy
-
Work closely with key stakeholders to promote and support key activities for sales, PR and recruitment activity
-
Ensure that external facing media are fit for purpose and convey the appropriate image for Exception
-
Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as necessary for discrete projects
-
Produce and update a range of approved templates for company literature
-
Develop the Exception brand and promote internally and externally
-
Ensuring all content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, and print

Generate ideas, create content and execute marketing campaigns

Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of such campaigns
Essential:
-
5 years minimum experience of business to business digital marketing
-
Hands-on experience of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish (including email and social media)

Excellent written English and copy editing skills

Numerate and able to interpret data and statistics, proficient in excel and database use
-
Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
-
Experience of leading virtual teams
-
Excellent organisational and project management skills

Able to think creatively to solve problems, and demonstrate sound judgement

Knowledge of IT Marketplace
Desirable:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing
-
Experience of design, brand management and corporate identity

Knowledge of the IT and consulting sectors
